Goya Foods, the largest Hispanic-owned food company
in the United States, has selected Strategic to
develop its next-generation driver commission
system. Over the last sixty years Goya has grown
to employ over 2000 people and operate more than
thirteen facilities in the U.S., the Caribbean,
and Europe. The company's product line encompasses
more than 1000 product, including 23 different
rice products and 30 types of beans and peas.
Goya needed a system that would allow the complex
commission schedules that form the basis on which
they pay their drivers, as well as the flexibility
to generate ad hoc bonus payments when deemed
appropriate by company management.
