to customize the system to conform to your company's
unique service program. As your business changes, or
as new products are introduced to market, the system
can easily adapt to support new warranty programs.
Flexible Definition of Dealer Rates
dealerships are located in different markets, dealership
labor rates will fluctuate according to the demands
and influential factors in specific local markets. The
system allows you to identify individual dealership
labor rates, which are defined with "effective date"
processing. These enable you to set future labor rate
changes to take effect as of a specific date yet to
